Ensure pollution-free environment: HC to MMRC

The Bombay High Court sought to know from the Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (MMRCL) what safeguards it has in place to ensure citizens' constitutional right to a pollution-free environment, including noise pollution, is protected.
