Social media 'friend' cheats politician of Rs 9L

L Srinivas, a JD(S) leader, befriended P Harini alias Swati on Facebook. Swati told Srinivas that she her father had arranged Rs 2 crore to rent a building for starting dance classes but she was short of Rs 3 lakh which the politician lent to her through a man she sent. He again lent her Rs 7 lakh after which she went incommunicado.
