HC sets aside election of BJP's Bhandara MLA

The Nagpur bench of Bombay high court on Wednesday declared the election of BJP's Sakoli (Bhandara in Nagpur division) MLA Rajesh Kashiwar as 'void', in a major setback to the ruling party.
