KCR is not in a hurry to form cabinet 2.0

Even after a fortnight since taking oath as chief minister for the second time, K Chandrasekhar Rao seems to be in no hurry to expand his cabinet. As KCR strongly believes in astrology and mahurats, the expansion of cabinet looks likely only after Sankranti.
