On a chilly Friday morning, Noida poured cold water, gallons of it, at a park in Sector 58 that has been at the centre of a raging controversy all week — police stopped namaz here earlier this month and sent letters to 23 private companies, threatening to hold them responsible if Muslim employees congregated there again.
