Torture of dalit man: Tiruvaur SP submits report

Tiruvaur district superintendent of police M Durai on Tuesday submitted a report to the National Commission for SC and ST on the humiliation and torture meted out to a 45-year-old dalit man by a few caste Hindus in Thiruvanduthurai more than a few weeks ago.
