Delhi: Biker needs surgery after manjha cut

A chartered accountancy article suffered severe injuries on his eyes and forehead after a kite string lacerated his face near the Shastri Park crossing in Shahdara in Thursday. The youth was taken to a hospital by some people, where he was given first aid. However, when he later approached another doctor, he was advised to undergo surgery to remove pieces of kite string still adhering to the wounds.
