Helping an accident victim can get you Rs 5,000 reward in Puducherry

In a possible first in the country, the Puducherry government on Wednesday announced Rs 5,000 cash reward for ‘Good Samaritans’ who help road accident victims get admitted to hospitals for immediate medical attention.
