Anti-terror law of Gujarat gets President nod

Sixteen years after the Gujarat government first passed the anti-terror bill, the Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organised Crime (GujCTOC) Act providing extensive powers to the state police to counter acts of terror and organised crime, was ratified by the President on Tuesday.
