BMW case: Plea to nix driver’s bail rejected

The counter plea filed by police challenging the bail issued to businessman, K Ashwin, who mowed down a techie in Madhapur, was rejected by the 12th additional magistrate. Ashwin was driving in the wrong direction and rammed his BMW into Abhishek Anand’s bike, leading to his death.
