Delhi-NCR air a bit cleaner as wind picks up

The change in air quality was perhaps not visible — Delhi on Saturday looked as bleak as it did on Friday when the Supreme Court-appointed Environment and Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority declared a public health emergency — but pollution levels did drop on Saturday as wind speeds picked up and changed to a westerly direction. A light drizzle in some areas made things better.
