Telangana cops prepare for Ayodhya verdict

With the much-awaited Ayodhya verdict likely to be pronounced by the Supreme Court in the next 10 days, Telangana police have started their bandobust preparations, assessing the situation before deciding on a final security blueprint. In 2010, when the Allahabad high court gave its verdict in the decades-old Ayodhya case, most areas of Hyderabad city, especially South Zone, then saw a curfew-like atmosphere, due to the unprecedented police restriction. It is learnt that security arrangements might be similar to the bandobust in 2010.
