B'luru top cop’s December 18 ban order illegal: HC

The Karnataka high court on Thursday termed “illegal” and “unsustainable in law” the prohibitory order issued by Bengaluru police commissioner on December 18, 2019, following a series of planned protests over the controversial Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019.
