KCR wants VCs appointed in 3 wks for T'gana univs

State-run universities will finally get regular vice-chancellors. Chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday directed senior officials to expedite the process of appointing VCs to the universities. The chief minister wanted the entire exercise completed within three weeks.
