Noida sets up app alert for quarantine breach

Tightening the lockdown in Noida, which has the most Covid-19 cases in UP, the state government has restricted the number of people who can travel in a vehicle and turned to app-based surveillance and monitoring of people in quarantine in which alerts will go out to the local administration if a person directed to be in isolation moves out of the house.
