Noida to tighten curbs, prune pass-holders’ list

Scores of healthcare professionals, among them doctors who had to urgently see patients, spent hours on either side of the Delhi-Noida border on Thursday, pleading to be let through, as stringent curbs on movement ordered by the Noida administration continued for the second day.
