Delhi bars, hotels can serve liquor from Sept 9

Bars in the city’s restaurants, clubs and hotels have been permitted to serve liquor from September 9 to 30 on a trial basis by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), which is chaired by lieutenant governor Anil Baijal.
