Hosps flout rules, ignore govt cap on Covid bills

In spite of the state clamping down on hospitals overcharging for Covid treatment, some continue to flout rules brazenly – handing out bills on a sheet of paper or without hospital stamp. All this in a bid to collect as much as they can.
