LVB shareholders reject reappointment of CEO

Shareholders of the beleaguered Lakshmi Vilas Bank have voted against the reappointment of seven directors of the bank, including MD & CEO S Sundar, effective September 25, 2020, plunging the bank into a crisis amid a merger process with PE fund-backed Clix Capital .
