No hymn books or choir in church, no offering coconuts or garlands at temples and no touching the tomb at dargahs. The act of worship, as you know it, is about to change, even as debates rage on among political parties about when to open up religious institutions to devotees. Several places of worship have put together standard operating procedure (SOP) with a focus on crowd control and minimizing contact, in addition to following guidelines that the state will eventually release.
