Delhi experienced its coldest October night in 11years when the mercury dropped to 13.7 degrees Celsius, four notches below normal, early on Tuesday at the Safdarjung observatory, as the pattern of warm days and nippy nights continued in the region, reports Priyangi Agarwal.
