At 450, Delhi's 1st 'severe' AQI this winter

The air quality in Delhi on Thursday touched the "severe" category - or emergency levels under Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) - after both PM2.5 and PM10 crossed the limit of 300 and 500 micrograms per cubic metre (g/m3), respectively, at midnight.
