Cold wave grips Delhi as mercury falls to 6.3°C

As a cold wave gripped Delhi on Monday, the city recorded its lowest minimum November temperature since 2003 at 6.3 degrees Celsius, five notches below normal. On Sunday, it was 6.9° Celsius.
