Delhi LG’s nod to cap wedding gatherings at 50

The number of guests allowed in wedding-related gatherings in the capital was capped at 50 on Wednesday after lieutenant governor Anil Baijal approved the AAP government’s proposal made in the wake of the recent surge in Covid-19 cases. The ceiling was increased to 200 on October 31.
