Maha's 24-hr Covid tally over 5,000 after 9 days

The state on Wednesday added 5,011 fresh Covid-19 cases and 100 deaths. For nine straight days earlier, the state had recorded fewer than 5,000 cases and for the past three days, it had reported fewer than 100 deaths.
