Mercury drops, Gzb readies its night shelters

A directive has been issued to departments to make proper arrangements in night shelters in the wake of the winter season. For each shelter home, a nodal officer as well as a caretaker will be appointed. Officials have been asked to make separate sleeping arrangements and prepare toilets for men and women.
