Mumbai: Retd cop who arrested Raman Raghav dies

Retired assistant commissioner of police (ACP) Alex Fialho, credited for the arrest of dreaded serial-killer Raman Raghav in Mumbai in September 1968, died at his residence here on Friday, a police official said. He was 92.
