Noida: Covid restricts Chhath to a low-key affair

Even as GB Nagar district magistrate Suhas LY instructed that all Covid-19 SOPs of social distancing, masks and sanitisation should be followed during the upcoming four-day Chhath Puja celebrations which begin from November 18-21, the main organiser of Chhath Puja in the district – Pravasi Mahasangh - which has been organising the festival at Noida stadium since last 11 years, will not be holding the event in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic.
