4-yr-old from Andheri chokes on balloon, dies

A four-year-old boy choked to death after he accidentally swallowed a balloon while trying to blow it up. The incident took place on Sunday night, when Devraj Nag, a kindergarten student, was playing with his two siblings outside their Andheri home.
