Delhi CM put under ‘house arrest’, says AAP

Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal was placed under “house arrest” soon after he returned from a visit to Singhu border after meeting the protesting farmers on Monday, alleged AAP on Tuesday, triggering a controversy. AAP said the CM was deliberately blocked to stop him from joining the Bharat bandh in support of the farmers against farm laws. It alleged that no one was being allowed to enter the CM’s house or leave it, forcing him to cancel all his scheduled meetings. Delhi Police denied the charge.
