HSRP: Website hacked, chaos rules

With the transport department cracking the whip on car owners who haven’t got high security registration plates (HSRP) or colour-coded fuel stickers ,Wednesday saw a huge surge of people trying to book slots to get these affixed. Most, however, complained that they were unable to book a slot on the official website.
