MVA to gift Pawar a scheme on his birthday

To honour the architect of the three-party ruling coalition, Sharad Pawar, on the occasion of his 80th birthday on December 12, the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government has cobbled together a rural development scheme called the "Sharad Pawar Gram Samrudhi Yojana."
