Open book Ph-II: DU students relive nightmare

The second phase of the open-book examinations at Delhi University brought with it the same issues seen in the first phase in July-August. Several students of history, Hindi and a few vocational subjects who appeared for the exam on Sunday complained of not receiving the question papers on time and being unable to upload the answersheet. The university later issued a notice, allowing students an extra hour to upload the answersheets.
