The national capital’s response to tackling urban flooding has largely remained muddled with even light-to-moderate showers causing large-scale waterlogging on arterial as well as inner colony roads. Ironically, while an increasingly concretised Delhi struggles to deal with the excess runoff during the monsoon season — or otherwise — the groundwater levels continue to go down at an alarmingly rate.
