Khatri on study leave, Ggm to get a new DC soon

The district will get a new deputy commissioner (DC) soon as the current one, Amit Khatri, has opted for study leave and will be leaving. Sources said the state government is likely to appoint the new official in a day or two. Khatri opted to take leave for studies on his own. The duration of the leave is around 18 to 21 months. Tuesday will be Khatri’s last working day.
