Delhi Police get Rs 237cr for infra upgrade

Delhi Police has been allocated Rs 8,644.1 crore in the Union Budget 2021-22. Of this, Rs 8,100.2 crore has been earmarked for establishment-related expenditure, Rs 237 crore for upgradation and expansion of communication infrastructure, modernisation of equipment, installation of traffic signals and upgradation of training and procurement of vehicles for policing.
