Delhi: Retired canine looking for a final home

Chilly, a 12-year-old Labrador, is one of the latest additions at the Sanjay Gandhi Animal Care Centre (SGACC). Blind in both eyes, Chilly has retired from service with Haryana Police and officers hope the canine can spend what little remains of its life in peace at the home.
