Ministers need not justify foreign trips: CM

Ministers no longer have to justify their official foreign tours. Chief minister Uddhav Thackeray has relaxed the foreign visit norms for ministers, but tightened the rules for state officials—the secretary of the respective departments have been entrusted with the task of justifying and permitting state officials to travel abroad.
