CM yet to send min’s resignation letter to guv

Shiv Sena minister Sanjay Rathod may have handed his resignation to CM Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday, but the CM has not yet forwarded it to governor B S Koshyari for approval. This means Rathod technically still holds the minister’s post.
