Gurugram: Five-stars too dishing out Covid meals now

Chef Ashish Bhasin observed that nutritious food was integral to the recovery of Covid patients, but for many of those in home isolation, cutting and chopping of the ingredients, preparing the food and washing the utensils was a daunting task. This, he says, often led people to compromise on the quality of food.
