Noida: Man dies, kin lock up CHC doctor in ambulance

A 35-year-old man with dipping oxygen levels died within minutes of being taken to the Dadri community health centre (CHC) on Tuesday morning, triggering protests from the family during which the emergency doctor on the shift was locked up inside the ambulance for some time.
