Delhi: Now you can order liquor online, get home delivery

The city government has paved the way for home delivery of liquor through mobile applications or a web portal by amending the Delhi Excise Rules. The amendments were notified on Monday. However, Delhiites can't uncork the bubbly yet. They will probably have to wait for quite some time before a swipe on their phone's touchscreen brings liquor to their doorstep.
