Noida doctor cheats family with promise of surgery, held

A doctor was arrested from Lahori Gate in New Delhi on Tuesday for allegedly duping a Noida family of Rs 8 lakh in the name of kidney transplant. Police said the accused has been identified as Buland Akhtar, from Sector 19, Noida.
