Delhi's peak power demand inches closer to all-time high

After crossing the 7,000MW mark on Thursday, Delhi recorded a peak power demand of 7,323MW on Friday, the highest this year and very close to the capital’s all-time high of 7,409MW recorded the same day two years ago.
