Withdraw Rakesh Asthana as top cop: Delhi assembly

Aam Aadmi Party MLAs on Thursday slammed the appointment of 1984 batch IPS officer Rakesh Asthana as the new commissioner of Delhi Police, alleging that the move was aimed at "harassing" the party's leaders.
