Delhi: Posing as ED officers, crooks extort businessmen

With the arrest of four people, including a small-time film producer, Crime Branch of Delhi Police has busted a gang whose members posed as Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials to extort businessmen. The gang was led by Santosh Rai, a notorious cheat with a dozen cases lodged against him.
