Is custody of portal chief needed, asks Delhi HC

Delhi High Court asked the city police why it needed custodial interrogation of Newsclick editor-in-chief Prabir Purkayastha in the foreign investment case after the Reserve Bank of India had prima facie cleared him of violating funding laws.
