Mumbai, Delhi make it to global 60 safe cities list

Two Indian cities —New Delhi and Mumbai— figure on the Safe City Index issued by the Economist Intelligence Unit, the research and analysis division of The Economist Group. The report ranks Mumbai 50 out of 60 cities surveyed. Delhi ranks 48. Copenhagen in Denmark crowns the list.
