Police invoke death clause in Delhi Cantt case

Delhi Police filed a chargesheet against the four men arrested for the alleged rape and murder of a nine-year-old girl at a crematorium in southwest Delhi's Nangal village. The 400-page chargesheet was filed under the amended rape laws with the cops invoking Section 37A (DB) of the Indian Penal Code under which the rape of a girl under the age of 12 years by one or more men is punishable with death or life imprisonment.
