Civic panel slams BMC over ‘incomplete’ GMLR flyover

Members of the civ-ic standing committee and corporators across party lines on Thursday slammed the BMC for the death of a pillion rider on the newly inaugurated ‘inc-omplete’ Ghatkopar-Mankhu-rd Link Road flyover (GMLR).
